December is that time of the year when we all love to indulge in numerous delicious dishes. Then it is time to enjoy all the leftovers, then January comes and most people go from comfort food dishes to lighter dishes. During the past couple of weeks, we switched from comfort food to healthy food and from complex dishes to quick and easy to make dishes. Of course, salads played an important role in this change because they are quite easy to make and it's easy to transform them into quick dinners and delicious work lunches. Whether you are here because you want a quick and easy to make lunch or dinner or because you want to discover some healthy salad recipes, don’t worry, we are sure you will find a few recipes to try at home.
