Crif Dogs, "The King of House Dogs", takes classic American flavors and combines them in standout new creations that redefine a classic.

Beef and pork or veggie dogs are customizable in endless variations, or menu options suggest delicious combinations. A standard Crif Dog ($3.50) comes with free traditional toppings like ketchup, mustard, relish, or chopped onions, but can be enhanced with avocado, wrapped in bacon, or spread with cheese sauce.  The New Yorker ($3), the all-beef version, is also as easily customizable, and just as tantalizing.

Corn dogs, fried to order, are my personal weakness, plus, they're fun to decorate and eat!

Off the menu, the Tsunami: a hot dog wrapped in bacon, topped with teriyaki sauce, scallions and pineapple is a unique choice. Or go for the Temptee dog, which features cream cheese and poppy seeds, like a bagel!

The newest menu addition is also pretty epic: the Lil Ma. This hot dog comes wrapped in crispy bacon, spread with peanut butter, and served on a bun with a thinly sliced pickle and crispy potato chips.  Salty, crunchy, and perfect in almost every way, the Lil Ma is truly epic perfection on a bun.

Over 20 fruits, vegetables, sauces, and spreads are available to amp up your hot dog and the combinations seem almost endless.  A Crif Dog a day may not keep the doctor away, but it will certainly keep your mouth and belly happy.

Order a side of cheese tater tots or cheesy waffle fries to go with your franks- you won't regret it. Lemonade and beer are also available to help you chase down all the meat and breadiness.

Pro Tip: The phone booth in the corner of the restaurant?  Not a phone booth.  Walk inside, pick up the phone, and talk to the hostess on the other side to make a reservation at Crif Dogs' speakeasy: Please Don't Tell.  Specialty cocktails served with unique hot dogs only available in this secret bar make it worth the hour-plus wait!
