It was a special day, my nephew's 1st birthday dinner, and we ended up at a nice Japanese restaurant to celebrate.

The restaurant changes its degustation menu every month, and adapts the menu according to the seasons.

Overall, the dishes provided a good variety of flavours and textures. My favourite dish was the "Scallop in Japanese aspic, with boiled king crab & seasonal vegetables", it was beautifully presented, and the soft, delicate jelly like texture was a great way to start the meal.
