Christmas is a special occasion for everybody. Even though you do not eat animal products, it doesn’t mean you cannot have a festive Christmas Eve dinner with your family. This is the perfect moment to get creative and try different vegetable combinations. Choose your favorite vegetables and spices and combine them to obtain the perfect recipe. If you are not that creative in the kitchen, try to adapt classic Christmas recipes. Replace meat with your favorite vegetable and milk with soy milk, add some spices and see what you obtain. If you don’t want to take a risk and adapt classic recipes, try the recipes we’ve chosen from our favorite vegan blogs.
