This recipe was kindly provided by Patsy from VoeurnChea.

This is my accidental concoction when I ran out of Shaoxing wine one day.

Ingredients

Beef & Marinade:

  • A handful of beef strips
  • Whisky
  • Honey
  • Garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Dash of soy
  • Oyster sauce

Other Ingredients:

  • Dash of cooking oil
  • Brown Onion
  • Capsicums

Method

  • Mix together the beef/marinade ingredients, and marinate overnight (if you want to).
  • Stir-fry with a dash of oil, add chunks of brown onion and capsicums.
  • Serve with rice. Yummo!
